Aluminium Louvre Sliding Gate
This is a Satin Black aluminium louvre sliding gate, with a 100x50x3mm bottom rail and 50x50x3mm used for the rest of the frame.
Elliptical louvre blades are set horizontally between the frame with vertical rear supports only visible from the back of the sliding gate.
The gate has been fabricated to use a nylon block guide system and recessed 90mm wheels.
Gate dimensions are:
Height: 1700mm (when installed)
Width: 3015mm (main part of gate, motor tail is 300mm)
This gate had powdercoating defects, due to the orientation of the louvres, this gate was unable to be re powdercoated, so we made a new one for our client.
This gate has had the powdercoat defects sanded back and then has been sprayed with Dulux Metalshield paint.

Capped Timber Picket Sliding Gate
This is a capped timber picket sliding gate, the bottom rail of the gate is 100x50x3mm with 50x50x3mm used for the rest of the frame.
65x20 cypress pickets have been screwed to the front of the frame with 15mm gaps between the pickets.
a 90x45 design pine capping sits on top of the frame and the pickets.
All screws are galvanized, have been countersunk and filled then sanded prior to priming and painting.
The gate frame is powdercoated in Dulux Satin White, with the timber painted in Dulux Weathershield Sating White.
Gate Dimensions are:
Height: 1100mm (when installed)
Width: 3600mm (main part of the gate, motor tail is 300mm)

Horizontal Slat Double Swing Gates
This is a set of aluminium double swing gates, they have a 50x50x3mm frame, with 65x16 slats set horizontally between the frame with 10mm gaps between the slats.
The gates come with 100x100x5mm galvanized steel posts, which have the tops welded shut and have the hinge brackets and motor mounts welded to the posts.
These gates have been fabricated for use with FAAC 415 Swing Gate Operators.
The gates and posts are powdercoated in Dulux Satin White.
Can be recoated in another color of your choice at additional cost.

Height: 1710mm (when installed.)
Width: 3275mm (when installed with posts, so outside of post to outside of post.)

Vertical Slat Double Swing Gates
This is a set of aluminium double swing gates, they have a 50x50x3mm frame, with 90x16 slats set vertically between the frame with 5mm gaps between the slats.
These gates have been fabricated for use with FAAC 415 Swing Gate Operators.
The gates are in a raw aluminium finish and can be powdercoated to suit. (powdercoating not included in listed price but we can organise it for you)

Height: 1900mm (when installed.)
Width: 3515mm when installed without posts. (with posts the width is 3715mm, so outside of post to outside of post.)
